Abstract
The article describes the experience of surgical treatment of hiatal hernias of types II and III. The authors proposed an original technique of prosthetic hiatoplasty aimed at the prevention of general and specific postoperative complications. The article presents an analysis of the immediate results of the proposed operation, as well as long-term results.
